Projects
From dosing and packaging machines to conveyors, production machinery and crane controls, DI Installaties brings experience from a wide range of technical projects. We support machine builders and industrial companies in designing, building and programming electrical control systems.
Our contribution varies by assignment. Some projects involve modifying an existing system; others start with a new design. The three areas of work below complement each other.

Machines and applications
Our project experience ranges from compact machines to larger industrial systems. Applications include dosing, filling, sealing and packaging machines for products such as tablets, eggs and food. We have also worked on conveyors, palletisers and crate-handling machines.
Our experience also includes crane controls and positioning, injection moulding machines, presses, shearing and sandblasting machines, and control systems for water treatment. Each application places different demands on electrical engineering and software. We therefore consider the machine’s function, its use and how it interacts with the rest of the installation.

Every machine needs suitable technology. We work with different electrical CAD tools, control systems and communication protocols. We consider the required functionality, the existing installation and the options for maintenance and expansion. This helps us select a suitable solution for each assignment in consultation with the client.
