Control panel construction
DI Installaties builds and wires control systems for machines. Based on the electrical design, we install the components and provide the internal wiring and connection points. We focus on an organised layout, clear identification and accessibility for connection and maintenance.
We work from our own designs or drawings supplied by the client. We agree on the construction requirements, material selection and handover scope in advance. Questions or deviations are discussed during the build so the completed system and its documentation remain aligned.
From components to a well-organised control system
We build the control system according to the agreed schematics and layout. Components, mounting rails and wiring ducts are installed before we add the wiring and identify the connections. We take account of the available space, cable routing and access to the components.
During construction, we check component placement, wiring and identification against the drawings. We discuss uncertainties or required adjustments with the client and the engineer involved. Changes are recorded for incorporation into the documentation so it remains consistent with the completed system.
We agree in advance which checks, tests and documents are included in the handover and who is responsible for them. At handover, we discuss outstanding items and the work still needed for connection to the machine and commissioning. This makes clear what is being delivered and provides a basis for those carrying out the next stage.
