Privacy statement

This statement covers the website and DI-Core portal of DI Installaties (Dronten, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 42146613, e-mail: info@di-installaties.nl). Version: September 2026. The text will grow with the services; this is the baseline.

Who is covered?

• Website visitors (customers / interested parties) — public site, contact form, cookie choice.
• Staff (ERP members) — DI-Core accounts with an internal role and level.
• Customers and suppliers with portal access — limited ERP rights, including projects and files in private storage (outside the public website).

What data?

• Contact and account data: name, e-mail, login/session data, phone and address where needed for administration, plus contact-form messages (including IP address to limit abuse).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, language, cookie preferences.
• Project and file data stored in gated storage, not as a public download.

Purposes

Running and securing the site, answering enquiries (contact form stored to follow up), and operating the ERP/portal (contract, legitimate interest, legal duty for records). Optional cookies only with consent.

Retention and sharing

We keep data no longer than needed. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and IT processors work on our instructions, in the EU where possible.

Cookies and rights

Necessary cookies always run. Optional cookies and services (analytics, Google Maps) stay off until you enable them. Without that choice the map is not loaded. You can change this in Cookie settings in the footer. If you allow the map, Google processes data such as IP address under Google’s privacy policy.
