Machine electrical installation
DI Installaties carries out the electrical connection of machines and machine components. We install cabling and connect control cabinets, motors, sensors and actuators according to the agreed circuit diagrams. We coordinate the installation with the machine builder and the parties involved, paying attention to cable routing, identification and access for maintenance.
From cabling to a connected machine
We coordinate cable routes and connection points with the machine layout and site conditions. Cables are securely mounted and identified, with attention to moving parts, mechanical protection and accessibility. During installation, we discuss any deviations with the client and record changes for incorporation into the circuit diagrams.
Before commissioning, we carry out the agreed connection checks. We discuss any outstanding items and hand over the relevant connection details and changes to the parties involved. This allows commissioning to proceed from an organised and documented electrical installation.
