Machine commissioning
DI Installaties supports the commissioning of your machine. Together with the machine builder and the parties involved, we check electrical signals and test control functions step by step. Where needed, we adjust settings and software within the agreed scope. We establish in advance which tasks and tests we will carry out and who is responsible for assessing and approving the machine for operation.
Step by step towards a working control system
We check that signals from sensors and other connected components are received correctly and that the control system operates the intended outputs. We then test the agreed operator functions and process steps in coordination with the machine’s mechanical operation. We investigate deviations together with the parties involved. Changes to settings and software are agreed before implementation and tested again afterwards.
We record test results, changes and outstanding items for handover and documentation. Where needed, we involve a specialist for specialist safety functions. This makes clear what has been tested, which adjustments have been made and which actions remain before the responsible party approves the machine for operation.
