We examine the control system, components and available documentation and discuss which modifications suit your machine and production process. This may involve resolving a fault, adding functions or replacing outdated control equipment. We agree the approach and implementation with you in advance.
Targeted modernisation of your existing machine
We identify where faults, ageing components or control system limitations require attention. We consider the available drawings and software, spare parts availability and the required machine functions. Together, we determine which components can be retained and where repair, expansion or replacement makes sense.
We agree the work, required downtime and checks following modification in advance. We record hardware and software changes and incorporate them into the documentation as agreed. Where a modification may affect machine safety, we involve a specialist as needed. This makes clear what will be upgraded and what is required before the machine returns to operation.
