Machine upgrades
DI Installaties adapts the functions and operation of existing machines to your production process. An upgrade may include additional sensors, a modified operator interface or an extension of the control software. We assess what is possible with the existing machine and control system and agree the required modifications with you. We consider how the electrical equipment, software and mechanical operation work together.
Additional functions tailored to your machine
We translate your requirements into specific control system modifications. These may include additional product detection, new product settings, clearer fault messages or revised process steps. We assess which signals, components and software changes are needed and how they will integrate with the existing installation. Any mechanical modifications are coordinated with the machine builder or the contractor involved.
We agree in advance which functions will be added or changed and how they will be tested. Implementation is planned with your production team. After modification, we check the changed functions and how they interact with existing operation. We record the changes and update the agreed documentation. We discuss potential effects on machine safety in advance and involve a specialist to assess them where needed.
